- 250g Tortellini
- 100g mozzarella, torn into chunks
- 400g jar of tomato pasta sauce
- Heat the grill to high
- Splash a bit of water into a baking dish, then lay the tortellini in the dish in a single layer.
- Scatter half the cheese over the pasta, spoon the sauce over, then top with the rest of the cheese.
- Place the dish as close to the grill as you can get it and cook for 8 minutes until bubbling.
- Remove from the grill and serve.
