- Jus Roll Puff Pastry sheet (the green one)
- Tomato pureé
- 1/2 Red Pepper, diced
- Mozzarella (large)
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees
- Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and unroll the pastry onto it.
- Fold the pastry in half to make a smaller, thicker pizza.
- Cover the pastry with tomato pureé
- Slice the mozzarella and place it onto the pastry, along with the pepperoni and red pepper
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes
