Puff Pastry Pizza


  • Jus Roll Puff Pastry sheet (the green one)
  • Tomato pureé
  • Pepperoni
  • 1/2 Red Pepper, diced
  • Mozzarella (large)


  1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees
  2. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and unroll the pastry onto it.
  3. Fold the pastry in half to make a smaller, thicker pizza.
  4. Cover the pastry with tomato pureé
  5. Slice the mozzarella and place it onto the pastry, along with the pepperoni and red pepper
  6. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes

Serves 4
