- 2 small ripe avocados
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chilli powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- Cherry tomatoes, sliced
- Peel and de-stone the avocados. Put them into a food processor and blend.
- Put the rest of the ingredients into the food processor and blend until it makes a paste.
- Toast the sourdough in the grill, 2 minutes each side.
- Spread the avocado onto one side of each slice of bread, and cover with the cherry tomato slices
